Issue 3: Trouble Submitting Quotes (Freight Forwarders)

  • Symptoms: Quote submission fails, errors in pricing fields, or consignor doesn’t receive the quote.

  • Solutions:

    1. Double-check all quote fields (pricing, services, timeline) for accuracy and completeness.
    2. Ensure your profile includes required verification documents, as incomplete profiles may restrict bidding.
    3. Refresh the “Marketplace” section to confirm the shipment is still active and available for bidding.
    4. Test your internet connection and try resubmitting the quote.
    5. Contact support at info@mypiver.com if the issue persists, including the shipment ID and error details.
