- Ensure your profile includes required verification documents, as incomplete profiles may restrict bidding.
- Refresh the “Marketplace” section to confirm the shipment is still active and available for bidding.
- Test your internet connection and try resubmitting the quote.
- Contact support at info@mypiver.com if the issue persists, including the shipment ID and error details.
