- For freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensure you’re updating statuses in the “Shipments or Import Packets” section after each milestone (e.g., “In Transit,” “Customs Cleared”).
- For consignors and consignees, confirm with the freight forwarder or customs broker via the messaging system if updates are delayed.
- Refresh the app or website to check for syncing issues.
- If statuses remain incorrect, contact support at info@mypiver.com with the shipment ID.
