Issue 5: Shipment Status Not Updating

  • Symptoms: Statuses not reflecting current progress (e.g., stuck on “Confirmed” or “In Transit”).

  • Solutions:

    1. For freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensure you’re updating statuses in the “Shipments or Import Packets” section after each milestone (e.g., “In Transit,” “Customs Cleared”).
    2. For consignors and consignees, confirm with the freight forwarder or customs broker via the messaging system if updates are delayed.
    3. Refresh the app or website to check for syncing issues.
    4. If statuses remain incorrect, contact support at info@mypiver.com with the shipment ID.
