Issue 2: Problems Posting a Consignment (Consignors)

  • Symptoms: Consignment fails to post, incomplete form errors, or Consignment not visible in the marketplace.

  • Solutions:

    1. Ensure all required fields (e.g., consignment type, weight, origin, destination) are filled out accurately in the “Post Shipment” section.
    2. Check your internet connection, as a weak signal may interrupt the posting process.
    3. Verify your profile is complete and verified, as unverified accounts may face restrictions.
    4. Confirm the visibility setting (public or private) and ensure the shipment is published.
    5. If the issue continues, try posting from a different device or contact support at info@mypiver.com with the shipment details.
