Symptoms: Failed payments, delays in receiving funds, or errors during payment setup.

Solutions:
- Verify your payment method (credit card, bank account) is valid and correctly entered in “Payment Settings.”
- For consignors, ensure sufficient funds are available and check for any bank/card restrictions.
- For freight forwarders and customs brokers, confirm your bank account or payment service is active and correctly linked.
- Check the “Payment History” section for transaction status and error messages.
- If funds are delayed or transactions fail, contact support at info@mypiver.com with transaction details.
