Step 4: Update Shipment Statuses

  1. Access the “Shipments” section to update the customs status of the shipment. Common statuses include:

    • Ready to ship
    • In transit
    • Arrived at destination port
    • Received
  2. Update statuses promptly to keep consignors, consignees, and freight forwarders informed of progress.

  3. If issues arise (e.g., customs delays or additional documentation requests), notify relevant parties via the messaging system and update the status accordingly.
