Step 1B: Identify Packets/Consignments from Shipment/Import Packet Section
- Log in to your Piver account as a Customs Broker or Freight Forwarder using the Piver webapp platform via mypiver.com.
- Navigate to “Shipment/Import Packet” section in the main menu or dashboard.
- Under active or upcoming tabs. Select desired shipment or import packets and navigate to consignment list for Freight Forwarder and select desired Consignment.
- Review shipment details, such as cargo type, origin, destination, and specific customs requirements, to ensure they align with your expertise.
