- Use Piver’s messaging system to contact the consignor, consignee associated with a consignment/import packet to discuss customs requirements.
- Confirm your involvement in the consignment/import packet, either through a direct agreement or as part of a freight forwarder’s accepted quote that includes customs services.
- Clarify any specific documentation needs, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, or certificates of origin, to prepare for customs processing.
