Step 2: Connect with consignors

  1. Use Piver’s messaging system to contact the consignor, consignee associated with a consignment/import packet to discuss customs requirements.
  2. Confirm your involvement in the consignment/import packet, either through a direct agreement or as part of a freight forwarder’s accepted quote that includes customs services.
  3. Clarify any specific documentation needs, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, or certificates of origin, to prepare for customs processing.
