Step 5: Confirm Delivery
- Once the shipment reaches its destination, the freight forwarder will update the status to “Delivered.”
- Verify receipt of the shipment and confirm delivery in the mark as received section to enable Freight Forwarder/Customs Broker to generate Pickup Code the transaction.
- Confirm Pickup Code generated and match the code.
- Provide feedback and rate the freight forwarder or customs broker’s performance to help improve services and build trust in the Piver community.
