Step 1: Access Your Shipments

  1. Log in to your Piver account as a consignee or consignor using the Piver app (iOS or Android).
  2. Navigate to the “My Consignment or My Import Packet” section, found in the main menu or dashboard.
  3. Under Active Tab, click desired Import Packet or Consignment.
  4. Navigate to Track Consignment or Import Packet and click it
