Step 1: Access the Messaging System
- Log in to your Piver account using the Piver app (iOS or Android) or via mypiver.com.
- Navigate to the “Messages” section, found in the main menu or dashboard.
- View your inbox, which displays all active conversations with other users (consignors, consignees, freight forwarders, or customs brokers).
