- Once a consignor accepts your quote and completes payment, you’ll receive a notification via the app and email.
- Check the “Subscription and Payment” section to confirm the payment has been received in your Piver account.
- Funds are held securely in Piver’s escrow system until the shipment is processed (e.g., customs cleared or delivered, depending on your role).
- After completing your services (e.g., updating the shipment status to “Delivered” or “Customs Cleared”), funds are released to your linked bank account or payment service.
- Monitor the “Subscription and Payment” section for payment status updates and transaction records.
