- For Consignors: If additional fees (e.g., customs duties or unexpected charges) arise, the freight forwarder or customs broker will contact you via Piver’s messaging system. You can pay these fees through the same payment process in the “My Shipments” section.
- For Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers: If additional fees are required, communicate with the consignor via the messaging system to request approval and payment before proceeding.
