Step 1: Making Payments as a Consignor

  1. Log in to your Piver account using the Piver app (iOS or Android)
  2. After accepting a freight forwarder’s quote in the “My Consignment” section, review the quote details, including pricing, services, and any customs broker fees.
  3. Click “Accept and Pay Now initiate the transaction” or “Accept and Pay Later to save quote and pay later”
  4. Selecting Accept and Pay Now will redirect you to a secure payment porta where mobile money or card payments can be made.
  5. Confirm the payment amount and any applicable taxes or fees (e.g., customs duties, if included in the quote).
  6. Submit the payment. You’ll receive a confirmation once the transaction is processed, and the freight forwarder and/or customs broker will be notified to begin handling the shipment.
  7. Payment receipts are stored in the “Subscription and Payment” section for your records.
