Step 3: Manage Incoming Bids
- Once posted, freight forwarders and customs brokers can view your consignment or import packets and submit quotes.
- You’ll receive notifications (via the app or email) when new bids arrive.
- Review bids in the “My Consignment/Import Packet” section, where you can:
- Accept a quote to proceed with the freight forwarder.
- Decline a quote if it’s unsuitable.
- Request a Requote to negotiate better terms.
- Use Piver’s messaging system to communicate directly with freight forwarders for clarifications or negotiations.
