Step 4: Respond to Consignor Actions
Consignors can respond to your quote in three ways:
- Accept: If your quote is accepted, you’ll receive a notification to proceed. Confirm the agreement and wait for the consignor’s payment through Piver’s secure payment system.
- Decline: If declined, you can review feedback (if provided) to improve future bids or message the consignor for clarification.
- Request a Requote: If a requote is requested, the consignor may ask for adjusted pricing or terms. Revise your quote and resubmit it via the “My Quotations” section. Use Piver’s messaging system to communicate directly with the consignor for negotiations or additional details.
