Step 5: Begin Handling the Shipment

  1. Once the consignor accepts your quote and makes payment, you’ll receive confirmation to start handling the shipment.
  2. Update the shipment status (e.g., “Confirmed,” “In Transit”) in the “Shipments” section under ‘Active Tab’ to keep the consignor and consignee informed.
  3. Coordinate with any assigned customs broker (if applicable) through Piver’s messaging system to ensure smooth processing.
