Step 5: Begin Handling the Shipment
- Once the consignor accepts your quote and makes payment, you’ll receive confirmation to start handling the shipment.
- Update the shipment status (e.g., “Confirmed,” “In Transit”) in the “Shipments” section under ‘Active Tab’ to keep the consignor and consignee informed.
- Coordinate with any assigned customs broker (if applicable) through Piver’s messaging system to ensure smooth processing.
